Lets welcome Florida Model Kimberly Schuyler to the Carolina Model Project

CMP: Who is Kimberly Schuyler when you are not on campus and modeling?

Kimberly Schuyler: I am a fun person, who absolutely loves going to the beach and also loves just relaxing and watching TV.

CMP: How does a double majoring full time university student find time to model?

Kimberly Schuyler: Its not easy! I try to schedule time to do shoots on the weekend and also during my breaks from school.

CMP: Have you gotten any feedback about your modeling from your fellow students or professors? Any new offers to help you study?

Kimberly Schuyler: I had some very nice feedback from students at FSU but have not really let my professors know, I try to separate school and modeling as much as I can.

CMP: With an ever growing list of accomplishments from calendars, website, and magazines; what would your ultimate accomplishment be that would let you know I have made it as a model?

Kimberly Schuyler: Being on the cover of a national magazine would be my ultimate accomplishment, for sure.

CMP: What are some professional and modeling goals you hope to achieve in the next five years?

Kimberly Schuyler: I would like to get in many magazines and am also focused on getting a well paying job in a finance department of a company.

CMP: What are you passionate about?

Kimberly Schuyler: Modeling

CMP: Would you consider your self a sex symbol?
Kimberly Schuyler: In a way, yes.

CMP: How did you get into the business of modeling?

Kimberly Schuyler: I signed up with Model Mayhem and was able to meet a local photographer and set up shoots and then I just progressed from there.

CMP: There are so many types of modeling, where do you see your niche?

Kimberly Schuyler: I love Glamour and Swimwear the best.

CMP: In front of the camera do have an alter ego, if so what is her name and how is she different from you?

Kimberly Schuyler: She tries to always think of this quote " If you are going to be sexy, you better be thinking of sex rather than about being sexy." - Peta Wilson

CMP: With so many beautiful models out there, what do you think gives you the edge over other models that don't quite make it?

 
Kimberly Schuyler: My ambition

CMP: Do you think that the industry puts unnecessary pressure on models to look a certain way with unrealistic expectations? For example, tanning, working out, plastic surgery, rail thin, etc.

Kimberly Schuyler: Yes, actually I do. Unfortunately so many people succumb to this, just to please others.

CMP: Biggest misconception people have about you?

Kimberly Schuyler: If people don't know me, they automatically assume I am dumb, which annoys me.

CMP: Anything else we should know about you?

Kimberly Schuyler: Go Florida State :)
